Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If ABCD English is not right for you, we offer a full refund within seven days of your first paid charge — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

The seven-day refund window begins at the timestamp of your initial subscription payment. The guarantee applies once per customer per lifetime: subsequent paid charges (including renewal cycles) are not eligible. The guarantee does not apply once you have submitted a mock test under the paid tier, since the examiner-scored band-score report constitutes consumed paid content.

3. How to Request

Send an email to refunds@abcdenglish.net with the order ID from your billing receipt and a one-line reason (optional but helpful). Refunds are processed within five business days back to the original payment method. We do not require you to delete your account; you can keep using the free tier indefinitely.

4. Pricing and Currency

Subscriptions are billed in Bangladeshi Taka for customers in Bangladesh (BDT 499 per month, standard tier) and in United States Dollars for international customers (USD 4.99 per month, standard tier). The currency is selected automatically by billing country at the time of subscription and cannot be changed mid-cycle. Local taxes, if applicable, are added at checkout.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, you retain access through the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial cycles outside the seven-day guarantee window.

6. Exceptions

Chargebacks initiated through your card issuer or bank, fraudulent payments, and accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service (including account sharing, scraping, or content redistribution) are not eligible for refunds. Such accounts may be terminated without notice and any associated unused subscription time is forfeited.
