1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using abcdenglish.net (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service; users between 13 and 17 require verifiable parental or legal-guardian consent. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.
2. Description of Service
ABCD English is an English-language test preparation platform focused on IELTS, with planned coverage of PTE and TOEFL. The Service offers Cambridge-authored practice passages annotated with the 4M keyword mapping methodology and 4i wrong-answer pedagogy, along with practice, test, and review modes. The Service is provided on an as-is basis and we may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are limited to one account per person. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@abcdenglish.net if you suspect any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape or otherwise harvest content from the Service; access the Service through automated means without our written permission; resell, redistribute, or republish any Cambridge passage, 4M mapping, 4i rationale, walkthrough script, or strategy panel; share your account credentials with anyone else; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service; or circumvent any usage limits, paywalls, or access controls associated with the free tier.
5. Intellectual Property
The Cambridge IELTS passages reproduced on the Service remain the property of Cambridge University Press & Assessment and are reproduced under fair-dealing for non-commercial educational purposes with attribution. The 4M keyword mappings, 4i distractor rationales, walkthrough scripts, strategy tip panels, audio narration, and all user-interface elements are © ABCD English 2026. You may not redistribute, mirror, archive, or use any portion of the platform to train machine-learning models without our prior written consent.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or United States Dollars (USD) depending on your billing country, processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
ABCD English makes no guarantee that use of the Service will result in any specific IELTS band score or other test outcome. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IDP Education, British Council, Cambridge Assessment English, ETS, or Pearson. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of Dhaka. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
